About The Company

FranchiseOne is an all-in-one platform designed to empower business owners through franchising. It integrates core functions—from POS and inventory tracking to promotions and financial management into a seamless ecosystem. The challenge? While the platform offered powerful tools, new users often struggled to navigate the system and compare opportunities. My role was to rethink the user experience: simplifying complexity, ensuring consistency, and making the platform approachable for potential franchisees.

Research & Discovery

To kickstart the project, I joined weekly product meetings with the CTO and stakeholders. In April 2024, we ran a requirement gathering session where we mapped the high-level franchisee journey on a whiteboard. This raw session captured essential flows from onboarding and catalogue browsing to franchise application. My responsibility was to convert these rough diagrams into structured user flows and design foundations that could guide the rest of the UX work.
